Do Realtors Cause more Harm then Good in Your Real Estate Transaction

The Real Estate Industry has Changed forever. Realtors will keep trying to hang on - but I guarantee you that it will be a your expense. Realtors, NAR members are marketing on Billboards - TV and in magazines to hold on to their career they are working in the field to convince you that you get better service with them instead of cheap and FREE ways to sell your real estate online.

The Real Estate Consumer does not need a Realtor interfering, yes interfering with their real estate transaction, it is NOT needed they just muddle the deal - they mess up information between the buyer and the Seller and make the Real Estate Transaction more Stressful then it needs to be and HURTS your body line financially while at the same time exposing you to future legal issues because they don't really know what they need to know to really protect you in your real estate transaction.

You need Real Estate Advice that is NOT contingent on the "Deal to Close" - how can you possibly get Honest Real Estate Advice if the people giving you advice Only get paid if you Buy the Real Estate In Question.

You are left to fend for yourself or blindly listen to whatever a Realtor tells you. The Real Estate Industry has more options now, with the Internet you can get online advice, you can market your real estate for Free Online - there are lots of buyers looking for Real Estate that do NOT want to deal with Realtors. If you have to find this stuff out on your own anyway then of what use is a Realtor in your Real Estate Transaction.

Selling without a Realtor is Not Only More Effective and gets you a Better Buyer - Quicker but it cuts out the drama and you are better protected in the Future.

IF you use a Realtor in your Real Estate transaction - they can say whatever they want to you about the property you buy and you Can NOT hold them accountable - that is just the way the law works - that is the Intention of MY E and O insurance.

As a Real Estate Broker Owner who QUIT the National Association of Realtor - I can tell you that you are not offered the Protection in Your Real Estate Transaction that They pretend you are. There is No Need to use a NAR member in your Real Estate Transaction.

Folks let's get real why were these created? I mean really. It seems like just a loophole to lie. You get to have stated income, WoW. I make $45,000 a month. It is True because I say So. Lo Doc and No Doc loans created an avenue for false financial statements made by buyers and cohersed into doing so by mortgage brokers.

I find the MLS website, Realtor.com, and the
other Mega-Sites to be difficult to navigate and
they are certainly NOT in the Buyer and
the Sellers Best Interest.
The Buyers want lots of photos and information,

Mega-Sites make it so that the Seller’s listing
is lost in the shuffle and is not easy to spot
