Kyle Baughan's first year in real estate he went right up to my clients door and told them that because I listed land for 5% commission and not 8% that no one would show my property and that I was not offering as good of a service, I certainly was and guess what who cares if the game playing Realtors won't show my listings, I market to buyers, NOT to Realtors. I save my clients, buyers and sellers money and even give cash back at closing and the Real Estate Consumer Believes the "Realtor" member, they actually believe that the Realtor is of a "higher standard" and that the "Realtor" cna protect them in their real estate transaction. Most consumers do not even ready their contract, they just sign here and have faith that the Realtor knows what it best...... NOT !!!
He is now telling folks that Mountain Sentry Realty is the only one in town selling Real Estate, folks this is not True. A large portion of the Eureka Montana Real Estate Marketing is non-MLS, many "Realtors" and non-members are selling just as much as the Super Duper
Kyle Baughan, so don't believe him. Kyle and Mountain Sentry, his mommies company that he is now finally part own, took him years to get his brokers license, anyway they advertise in Google to be on top of the search engines, be deal. We are number one in Northwest Montana internet marketing, and number one for targeted real estate marketing in Eureka, and Kyle Baughan seems to be able to convince Sellers that he is the best choice. KyleBaughan.com - we do and have for years. He does not get internet marketing just because he pays to be on top 0f the search engines.
He is also up to his old tricks of running around old woman, years ago women would come into my office crying because Kyle was so mean to them, he would tell them stuff to store, where they needed to clean in their house and just run them around. Other people used to come into my office horribly upset that he would just show up at listings, unannounced to tenants or sellers, and demand to show it, no notice. These are just a Few Stories about Ann and Kyle over at Mountain Sentry Realty, I have had enough of their lies believed by the Eureka Montana Real Estate Consumer. Just because it falls out of their mouth does not make it true. Think for Yourself folks.
Mountain Sentry Realty even tells their clients to bake something, or boil something to make the house good, this is good for a Seller but bad for a Buyer, I get calls about Kyle alot, and have for over 7 years, so I am going to post some of those stories here. Apparent the Real Estate Seller believes what the Realtor tells them. As long as it is spoken with authority I guess.
Now Kyle is even telling older gals to paint their house, and what color, and offering to paint it himself, Shocking, I guess Kyle Baughan Eureka Montana is desperate for business. While at the same time he says Mountain Sentry Realty is the only selling in Eureka Montana, if this were true, and it is NOT, then why in the world would he offer to paint your house? This sounds like an act of desperation to me, there is NO WAY it is simply a "favor" for an elderly woman, NO WAY.
So folks, do your homework and do not believe Mountain Sentry Realty, I have been lied to about offers that don't exist to push quick closings, I have heard OUTRAGEOUS lies about me, and have been out right lied to and dooped by Mountain Sentry Realty. Some of the stories will shock you. I had planned to let it all lay, and simply let folks figure this stuff out, but this seasons
